Juicy Prints Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as:

Items not in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s been received. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for your refund to appear.

Exchanges
We can only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you’d like to request an exchange, please email hello@juicyprints.co.uk and send your item, along with your name and order number to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the order was sent to the gift giver to pass on later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you’re returning an item worth more than £40, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
